GOODLiGHT CLINIC WAS BORN OUT OF A VISION TO CREATE SOMETHING TRULY UNIQUE

– a space where modern dentistry and holistic wellness comes together to improve not just oral health, but overall well-being at an affordable price.

Our journey began with Dr Jacek,

an experienced dental professional with over a decade of experience as a partner at Queen Square Dental Practice.

Driven by a desire to innovate and expand beyond the traditional model of care, he set out to create a practice that blended cutting-edge dentistry with holistic wellness.

With this in mind, GOODLiGHT CLINIC was founded in Bath, combining state-of-the-art dental treatments, laser technology, and holistic therapies under one roof. The practice represents a commitment to pushing boundaries – from offering advanced laser-assisted procedures to integrating Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy, physiotherapy and aesthetic treatments.

  • Qualified in 2001 in Katowice, Poland, Dr Sitkiewicz takes a holistic approach to dentistry, focusing on the connection between oral health and overall well-being. He holds a master’s degree in laser application and is passionate about endodontics, laser treatments, and minimally invasive techniques. He continuously seeks innovative solutions to support his patients’ healing.

  • Kasia graduated in 2016 from the Jagiellonian University, School of Medicine in Krakow. She began her career in Denmark, where she combined clinical practice with postgraduate education and professional society involvement across Europe, before settling in Bath. She is especially committed to supporting patients who may have had challenging dental experiences, focusing on building trust and genuine relationships.

    She has completed a Diploma in Periodontology at the esteemed London Perio School, led by Dr. Reena Wadia. Her advanced training also includes a Master Class in Periodontal Diseases for Dental Hygienists and the Perio Hygienist Course, demonstrating her dedication to excellence in periodontal treatment.

  • Dr Bruce Braithwaite is an experienced Senior Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon. He completed his specialist training in Cambridge, Oxford, London and USA. Dr Braithwaite is a specialist in the treatment of varicose veins, venous leg ulcers and Spider veins. His research and clinical practice, in both the NHS and Independent Health Sector since 1992, has been dedicated to improving the experience of people who want their veins to be treated using keyhole techniques. Most people return to normal activities within a day or two of treatment.

  • Simon Fairthorne is an experienced Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

    He completed his undergraduate training in Australia followed by further post-graduate qualifications in New Zealand and Bath. Simon has worked in private practice since 1997 and with elite athletes across a widespectrum of Summer and Winter Olympic sports.

    He is currently the lead physiotherapist for the Pentathlon GB team based at the University in Bath.

    Simon brings the holistic principles of managing injuries in elite sport and athletes to all. He is an advocate for the importance of life-long exercise and is passionate about exercise and fitness for the over-40s. Simon treats the full spectrum of muscle, ligament, tendon, joint and spinal problems and has a special interest in running, triathlon, skiing and racquet sport injuries.

  • Alis is a recently qualified therapist, graduating from the University of Bristol in 2026 and has been in dentistry as a nurse since 2019.

    Originally from Wales, She has recently settled into her new home in Bath and is excited to renovate the house with her partner. 


    Her passion lies in paediatrics and oral hygiene, where she enjoys supporting children and families with positive, practical care.


    Outside work, she enjoys staying active through sports and is currently training for a half marathon to raise money for the air ambulance.


    Her passion for oral hygiene grows outside of clinical practice and Alis has volunteered in local schools and volunteered in Uganda.

We’ve designed our facilities to provide a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment where your comfort and care come first.
